My ip range is rejected at signup. I live in Mexico.
[Several other countries are also rejected from signing up, generally because those countries have proven to have a very high percentage of fraudulent users, spammers, and other trouble-makers which would make the service worse for those that do use it, and cause constant legal problems for the owners. Unfortanately they do not list which countries are banned, and several countries in the signup drop-down list are banned. Also banning by IP is not a perfect way to ban by country, although probably it is the best method possible.]

I must say that this is one of the best webhosts I've worked with. The storage space is quite adequate, the filesize limit is very workable, and it was a breeze to use. On the plus side it's so very easy to maintain and to code for (php and SQL is amazing for a free host) and the interface is excellent. I would recommend this to pretty much everyone looking for a good host to start with.
However, on the down side THIS HOST IS NOT FREE AFTER ONE YEAR. 100WebSpace will charge $0.99 monthly ($11.88 per year) after your first year for continued usage. It does come with a benefit though; the ads are removed for that small fee. And one year as a trial period is amazing. Pony up the 99 cents per month and experience one awesome host!
It's easy to manage domains and subdomains, and
http://yoursitename.freeprohost.com is great. Short and unobtrusive. I recommend this host in the highest of all fashions. I have never experienced any downtime. At all.
If it were free forever, I'd give it a perfect mark. Otherwise excellent. 100% uptime, uber fast, and enough features to keep even the geeks satisfied.
